Shipping policy

Delivery is FREE on all of our products over £50! Next working day dispatch available on most orders placed before 12pm on eligible items. Scotland may not apply, but this is dependent on your postcode.

We deliver to UK mainland only.** Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday can be dispatched on the Next Working Day. The order will be processed the same day for delivery the following working day. E.g Order placed 11am Monday will be dispatched  for delivery Tuesday.  Order placed 10am Friday will be processed the same day for delivery the following Monday.

Orders placed after this cut off of 12pm, will be processed the next working day for delivery the following day.  E.g Order placed 3pm Monday will be processed Tuesday AM for delivery Wednesday. Order placed 3pm Friday will be processed Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Next day dispatch is only available if order placed before 12pm Monday-Thursday

**For large appliances, your order will arrive on a pallet due to weight** 

This is kerb side delivery only. 

We deliver Monday-Friday 8-6pm, there is no negotiation on time. We need somebody to be in the property all day on the day of delivery, when you have purchased we will contact you via email to organise a date. If you are not in when the company we use try and deliver there will be a £25.00 charge for this to be re delivered another day. Please make sure someone is in between these times to receive delivery to avoid any charges. If this has to be returned to us for no fault of our own, but you just do not like the item or the wrong item was ordered please be mindful £50 will be deducted off your refund price to have this returned to us. if your order needs returning this will need to be on a pallet before currier company will collect, we can ask them to secure appliance to your pallet if you cannot secure yourselves. if you cannot put on a pallet and this collection is your own option there will be an extra charge of £15.00 for a pallet to be provided.
